Embrace Your Light is a gentle invitation to return to yourself, an immersive fall retreat designed to support deep reconnection and renewal as the season shifts and life's pace softens before winter’s return. Meet Your Co-Hosts
Lindsey and Justina have been dear friends for well over 20 years. What began as a connection in a networking group soon morphed into a deep friendship full of stories and memories, built on a shared value of connection. From serving on committees and working side by side in consulting, to sharing family outings, boating, hiking, gatherings with mutual friends, and meaningful time together, they have often turned to each other for support and guidance.
As they both watched their careers and lives begin to shift into a new season, they once again found common ground in sharing pieces of that journey. Rooted in spiritual growth, mindfulness, and intentional living, they discovered a shared passion for creating space for reflection, healing, and renewal. Through practices such as meditation, meaningful conversation, reiki healing, and personal growth work, they have continued to deepen their connection to themselves and others.
Together, they are thrilled to offer Embrace Your Light, a wellness retreat designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, while encouraging women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, embrace authenticity, and step fully into the light they already carry within.
