With over seven years of consistent meditation practice and more than 20 years of experience in career coaching, business planning, and goal setting. She is also Reiki Master, bringing an added layer of energetic awareness and presence to the spaces she holds. Her style blends mindfulness, reflection, and gentle spiritual insight in a way that feels both practical and meaningful.
Throughout her career, Justina has supported more than 1,500 individuals in navigating life, career, business start-ups, and educational transitions. Her work is rooted in the belief that each person already carries their own inner wisdom.
When people feel safe, grounded, and supported, clarity tends to follow. Sometimes we simply need space to slow down long enough to hear it, especially when our minds have been running in circles trying to figure it all out.
Justina’s connection to nature deeply influences her work. She loves spending time out doors; walking wooded trails, sitting near the water, or watching the beautiful colors of a sunset. Its a reminder that growth happens gently and in its own season.
